I always find myself running out of breakfast ideas and I know I’m not the only parent thinking on what to cook for the little ones and the family. I’m a huge believer that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, I try to cook everything fresh to fuel my 13 month old with energy and nutrients.
These 7 Last Minute Toddler Breakfast Ideas are not only fast to make but they are also filled with the good stuff! Like protein and fiber as well as other essential vitamins and minerals for growing toddlers!
note: You will see a lot of egg yolk and oat milk in Evelyns breakfast only because she gets an allergy reaction to egg whites and whole milk. So feel free to add in your preference of milk and egg. Another thing, I always make sure to offer milk and water with her meals.
Tips:
- Do what works for your toddler
- Just making one breakfast for the entire family eliminates double work for you and eliminates picky eaters
