My husband made me a super delicious smoothie couple nights ago not knowing it was going to increase my milk supply overnight. So just want to share this easy smoothie to increase your supply.

This smoothie is perfect to drink in the morning for breakfast. Even if you’re not nursing this smoothie is for you too. This smoothie is currently my favorite.

Besides increasing my supply, this smoothie is made with ingredients that fuel my body for a healthy day ahead.
