My husband made me a super delicious smoothie couple nights ago not knowing it was going to increase my milk supply overnight. So just want to share this easy smoothie to increase your supply.
This smoothie is perfect to drink in the morning for breakfast. Even if you’re not nursing this smoothie is for you too. This smoothie is currently my favorite.

Oatmeal and Banana Lactation Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cup of milk (any milk you like)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 7 walnuts
- 1 banana
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine the ice, milk, oats, walnuts, banana, and cinnamon in the blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
